School of Chemistry Student Awards night 2023
The School of Chemistry celebrated its annual Student Awards evening on the 11th of October to celebrate the achievements of our outstanding students of 2022/2023.
On Wednesday, October 11th, The School of Chemistry sparkled with pride and accomplishment as we gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievements of this year's School of Chemistry Student Awards in Excellence recipients. The event was held at the Sidney Myer Centre and saw approximately 60 attendees, including staff, family members and friends, who came together to honor these exceptional students, all of whom have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Highlights from the evening included the welcome from the Head of School, Prof Muthupandian Ashokkumar. The Chemistry prizes and awards were presented by Prof Colette Boskovic and Student Ambassadors Luca Zudich and Stella Xu. Luca Zudich, closed the ceremony wonderfully with a speech recognizing our students' achievements, and thanking alumni for their support and attendance.
The School of Chemistry Student Awards in Excellence is an annual event that recognises the outstanding contributions and achievements of students within the School of Chemistry. These awards reflect the diverse talents and dedication that flourish within the School.
